Surveyor of Ships "Surveyor of Ships" means any Surveyor of Ships appointed under the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952;

Surveyor of Ships "Surveyor of Ships" means a Surveyor of Ships appointed under section 10 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952, section 130 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1960 of Sabah and section 130 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1960 of Sarawak and shall include the Surveyor-General of Ships;

Surveyor of Ships "Surveyor of Ships" means the Surveyor of Ships appointed under subsection (1) of section 10 and includes - (a) the Surveyor-General of Ships; and (b) in relation to the States of Sabah and Sarawak, a surveyor of ships appointed under the provisions of any written law relating to merchant shipping in force in these States;
